What are the financial aids which I claim?

Reductions depending on the age of children:
According periods, 40 to 60% off for children under 14 years.
Free for children under 3 months.
Free for 2/6 years, depending on the periods and locations.
Free for children under 3 years in Morzine and Agay

I have to change my contract …

Any change as a result of the client must be confirmed in writing before the arrival date.
The changes to the location, dates, length of stay or the number of people (reduction or increase in staff) are questioning the original contract and may cause:
- The allocation of housing different from the one originally planned and in the case of actual or cut to length, the implementation of deductions provided for in paragraph "cancellation due to the member" below.
- It is impossible for Renouveau to accede to the request for change. The cancellation of the initial stay will be considered as a result of the participant. The conditions of paragraph "Cancellation due to the member" below.
The price of the flat is for a given periods. Premature departure or late arrival could give rise to any claim for reimbursement.

I have to cancel my booking …

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

You have subscribed the option "security" cancellation guarantee at the time of booking.
Its amounting to 2% * of total price (3% for travel and stay abroad). In case of cancellation for the following reasons, you enjoy special conditions on the amount of charges :
• Health Reasons: sending a medical certificate justifying the failure to
travel or submission to the Director of the village with a medical certificate justifying the early departure of a member who filed the option.
• Family Event: certificate of death or serious illness of a participant or a parent of a participant (grandparent, parent, child, brother, sister).
• Change in employment status: presentation of a certificate from employers indicating the imperative hiring, dismissal or change.
• Claim: Act of destruction of private or professional premises or total destruction of the vehicle.

Depending on the date of the partial or total cancellation, the following conditions apply:
• 30 days or more before arrival: no charge except amount of the contribution.
• 29 to 15 days before arrival: 5% of total price + dues.
• 14 to 5 days before arrival: 15% of total price + dues.
• fewer than 5 days on the day of arrival: 25% of total price + dues.
Deductions above are calculated on the whole stays or on the part corresponding to the partial withdrawal if necessary.
• interruption of stay: 50% of the period not stayed + dues.
Exclusions: strikes, riots, embarrassment from circulation causing delays or difficulties to get to the holiday village, failure or poor condition of the vehicle, weather conditions.
The 2% of the option and dues are permanently committed to Renouveau.
Package does not apply to group travel and trips abroad

Apart from the above provisions, and if you have not subscribed "security" cancellation guarantee. The amount of deductions depends on the date of cancellation of stay, the postmark as proof.
60 days or more before arrival: 3% of total price + dues,
59 to 30 days before arrival: 10% of total price + dues,
29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of total price + dues,
14 to 5 days before arrival: 75% of total price + dues,
Less than 5 days of the day of arrival date: 100% of total price + dues.
Disruption of stay: 100% of the total amount will + dues.
Caution: cancellation and changes stays described above, also apply in case of difficulty or impossibility to access to facilities as a result of strikes, demonstrations, weather ...

How to book online on the website ?

You are already a customer or you have already booked your stay and want to pay a deposit or balance : enter your client code (6 numbers) in the LOGIN and your surname as "password".
If this is a first reservation, you create your LOGIN and PASSWORD. Be sure to retain in order to regularly review the status of your reservation.

Can we cumulate the discounts with any other advantages ?

During the spreading of each promotion, Renouveau applies to all modalities in full transparency : dates, accumulation possible or not, no retroactive effect and nonrefundable.

Staying tuned to your mailing list, can Renouveau convey my email address to other agencies?

Renouveau never convey your personal information to other companies for use by them, without your consent. It may, however, be required when you register on the site.

How sponsor other persons ?

To make your family or friends discover Renouveau... Several solutions:
- Send them a message using the form "Recommend Renouveau" via our website.
- Let us their details by telephone (04.79.75.75.75) or e-mail.

What is a theme week ?

Throughout your stay, Renouveau offers you the opportunity to live your passion through specific topics (sports, culture, art, health...). It can also be the opportunity for you to discover new talent !
These activities are supervised by volunteers or by passionate professionals. The meetings are never binding and do nothing in the pace of your vacation.

What do you mean by "all inclusive package" ?

Our packages include : full board formula, a comprehensive program of sightseeing tours or fitness and a transportation option by TGV from Paris with the shuttle between the station and the holiday village

The balance of my bill

Once your last payment made, you will not receive a confirmation.
However, you can view online the status of your account on our website.

Can Renouveau take charge of the transport to my place of vacation ?

We can book your travel tickets in France, from where you live to the station or the airport closest to your destination of holiday.
This service is offered to you outside school holidays of February.

Arriving at the place of vacation…

Generally, arrivals are on Saturday (Sunday in winter to Bourg St Mce and Courchevel). Your home is available from 4 pm. If you arrive in the morning, you will be able, with a supplement, to have lunch at the village (depending on the village) by reserving in advance. It is important to prevent the reception in case of late arrival to get the keys.
Apart from the usual dates of arrival, please contact the reception for the opening hours.

I do not have personal vehicle to get on my holiday place. Is this a problem?

We strongly advise you to inquire about the location of your destination. In fact, some spots are difficult to access, located in the heart of natural areas or poorly served by public transports.
For stays in self catering flats, shops can be situated far from your vacation place.
Contact our Service Reservation or the holiday village of your choice to see the possibilities for transport from the station nearest to your holiday place.

I stay in a self catering formula : do I have optional services for restauration ?

Your apartment is equipped with a small kitchen. Ask our reception for the grocery stores or supermarkets nearby. But we also offer, according to destination and the period of stay :
- Cooked dishes sold by the village.
- Casual meals taken on the slopes.
- Packages 6 meals in restaurants in altitude.
- Meals taken sometimes at the restaurant in the village or nearby.
- Option « semi-restauration » : supplement for 7 lunch or diner, per person per week, to be taken in a restaurant in the village or in a restaurant partner. Preliminary registration is required.
For all these options, and booking information (often the day before) at the reception (except semi-restauration: to subscribe to the reservation of your stay).

I stay in full board : do I necessarily have to lunch at the village ?

You can have cold meals if you want to tour the whole day. Information and reservations at the reception. Meals not taken can't be refunded.

I stay in full board : can I have lunch with friends who visited ?

Additional meal tickets are sold at the reception.

I do not wish to participate in the events proposed by the village : can I get a partial refund?

Renouveau offers a variety of free entertainment* daytime and evening (depending on the villages), open to all our guests. However, we can not under any circumstances reimburse our clients if they do not participate in these activities.
* Some activities may be proposed with extra charge.

What are the procedures of registration for children's clubs?

Access to the club is open to all, regardless of the chosen formula.
For all our clubs, your child's health book will be requested (updated vaccinations book is required).
Possibility of mixing some clubs depending on the number and age of children present.
Attention, moufletterie is not a nursery! Registration upon arrival subject to availability. Parents must provide bottle, snacks, diapers, as well as changes. We can not take care of children ill or having a feverish disease

Are the holiday villages tailored to disabled persons ?

Some places offer special facilities of accessibility and Housing:
Bourg St Maurice, Bois d'Amont, Valmeinier, Morzine, Loctudy, La Baule, Port-Barcarès, Beg-Meil, Digne, Mauriac, et Ronce les Bains (contact us).

Can I take my pet on vacation with me ?

Typically, animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs. However, you can stay with your pet, at certain times, to:
Beg Meil, Chandourène, Mauriac, Ronce les Bains, Roquebrune, Souraïde and Ile de Ré.
Package: 50 € * / animal. Compulsory vaccination certificates upon arrival.
* Price specifically for the Ile de Ré. Registration required at the time of booking.
