Who we are

Founded in 1954, Renouveau is a non-profit association open to everybody.
Founded by Pierre and Janine Lainé with a group of families, Renouveau is a combination of vacation governed by the 1901 law. Free and independent Renouveau currently manages 17 facilities in the most beautiful regions of France and offers stays abroad. To join us, simply subscribe to a annual fee which is not subject to any political party or philosophical, corporate, political, trade union, religious or financial groupment. Renouveau is an independent association who beleive in the notion of "happy holidays" to live in an atmosphere of sharing, networking and personal development.

Renouveau is led by a team of volunteers, after the assembly of members, active members of the Association. One of them, Pierre Lormant, is the president. Renouveau is managed by a team of permanent and seasonal, tourism professionals, who welcome you to ensure that you spend a great holiday in your idea

Distribution of vacation days in accordance with the formulae :
Winter: 71% full board and half board and 29% flat rental 
Summer: 77.5% full board and half and 22.5% lflat rental 

Our pricing policy:
Rates are determined by the Board of Directors formed by members of the association. For family staying in full board and half-board, 3 price levels (from 0.8 to 1) according to the family quotient and 4 price levels by age (from 0.4 to 1). Possible Regulations by "cheques holidays".

The Heritage:
During the past 10 years, Renouveau spent approximately 2.45 million euros per year for the renovation of its heritage. The 3 / 4 of its housing stock has been renovated while maintaining an increase in its rates comparable to the INSEE index of the profession.
